Tag-Along 4WD Adventure Tours Australia - Inclusions

The following inclusions are part of the cost of all Tag-Along 4WD Self Catered adventure tours:

• National Park entrances, desert passes and permits
• All accommodation and camping fees where applicable
• Experienced tour leaders, accredited in first aid with an emergency first aid kit on board
• Satellite phones available for emergency communication
• Camp BBQ plate (wood or gas)
• Equipment for vehicle recovery and puncture repair
• Minor mechanical repairs
• Bush toilet
• Bush shower (depending on water availability)

• All necessary camping gear, except a sleeping bag
• All meals, snacks and beverages (excluding alcohol)
• National Park entrances, desert passes and permits
• All accommodation and camping fees where applicable
• Experienced tour leaders, accredited in first aid with an emergency first aid kit on board
• Satellite phones available for emergency communication
• Bush toilet
• Bush shower (depending on water availability)

• A booking deposit of $400 per vehicle will confirm your place on the tour. Full payment must be received 60 days prior to the tour departure date
• Our "Early Bird" discount is as follows: if full payment is received 120 days prior to the tour departure date a discount of $200 will apply for all tours (except the Simpson Desert Tour for which a $100 early bird discount is offered)
• Tours are subject to availability and possible cancellation.  A minimum number of vehicles per tour must be booked for our tours to proceed
• Notification of any tour cancellations will be made by Adventure Tours Australia Wide Pty Ltd a minimum of 45 days prior to the tour departure and all payments and booking deposits will be refunded
• Once a booking has been made, any cancellations need to be made with written notification up until 60 days prior to the departure date for a full refund. Bookings cancelled with less than 60 days notice prior to the tour departure date will not be refunded; however, any payments made may be transferred to another tour.
• Tour routes may vary due to road closures, poor weather conditions, and guide discretion
• Tour duration times may vary 1-2 days due to unpredictable circumstances

• Tours within our tour - i.e. fishing charters, helicopter flights, plane rides etc.
